Subject: Upcoming Procedural changes at Meadow Lake Airport

Good afternoon,
Attached is a handout that details the upcoming changes at Meadow Lake Airport. The changes include two new RNAV (GPS) instrument approach procedures, as well as an instrument departure procedure. We do understand the frustration you have experienced with the delays, and it is our belief that the procedures will publish on October 5, 2023. The procedures have gone through flight check analysis, and vetted through other FAA branches to ensure their compliance with existing criteria. Additionally, I inquired as to whether any potential government closure could affect the publication and I was told that the procedures would publish prior to any potential shutdown, and there would be no delay.
Should you have questions or concerns, please contact Justin Biassou, the Community Engagement Officer for your area. His email is Justin.w.biassou@faa.gov, or his phone number is 206-231-2499.
Respectfully,

Eric Tandberg
