Good Evening All,
The Board of Directors has asked me to forward documents for the Annual Membership Meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 12th at the MLAA Activities Hangar (upstairs). Attached are the agenda for the meeting, proxy, and ballot.
Registration opens at 6:00 and the meeting will start at 6:30, or as soon as a quorum has been confirmed.
Also attached is a copy of the CDOT notice for the Open House to be held that afternoon at the Patriot High School (in Falcon) from 4:00-6:00. On display will be the plans for a “Round-about” to replace the stop lights at Rt 24 & Judge Orr Road.
